Meals · Workouts · Measurements

The tracker you
actually keep using.

Every food tracker dies the week logging becomes a chore. Mizan is built around one number: a meal, a set or a weigh-in goes in under ten seconds — from the web, from Telegram, or by telling your AI assistant.

Free tier, no card. Self-host it instead if you would rather own the database.

Three ways in. One log.

The reason people stop logging is friction at the moment they eat. So Mizan meets you wherever that moment happens, and it is the same database underneath — a conversation you start on your phone continues in the browser.

The web app

Search, log, done — three keystrokes from anywhere in the app. Meal plans, recipes with preparations, a shopping list that adds itself up, and a workout log with real templates.

Telegram

Send a photo of what you are eating. It comes back as an estimate with a Confirm button — never a silent write. Or just talk to it; it is the same assistant as the website.

Your AI assistant

An MCP server with the whole product behind it, so Claude or any MCP client can log your day, pull your week, or plan your meals — authorised as you, never as a service account.

The parts people actually ask about

The awkward questions, answered first.

Every one of these is a rule in the code, not a policy page.

Does the AI read my log?
Only what you switch on, per axis. Nutrition, training and body are three separate consents, all off by default. Turn one off and the next question is answered without it — nothing is retained from the last one.
What can my coach see?
Exactly the axes you granted, and you can end it in one click. Not even an administrator can widen a coach's access — those switches belong to you, and there is no endpoint that lets anyone else touch them.
Will my streak lie to me?
It runs on your timezone, not the server's, and the app tells you the exact hour it resets. Miss a day and an earned freeze covers you — you get one a week, up to two. No silent resets at midnight UTC.
Can I take it with me?
Export everything you have logged, any time, as one file. Or skip the hosted version entirely: it is a Docker Compose up on your own machine, with the same database schema.

For coaches

Your clients’ real week, not a screenshot they remembered to send.

Invite a client, they choose what to share, and you get the log as it happens — plus a chat thread that lives in the same place. Ask the assistant about one client and it answers from their data, billed to you, inside the same consent rules.

Log tonight’s dinner in ten seconds.

Then do it again tomorrow. That is the whole product, and everything else here exists to make that second day easier than the first.
